A: Previously, document URLs were entered manually on the programme page. The new “Sync with TOLA documents” feature performs a daily synchronization with TOLA. The programme manager can enter only the TOLA Reference Code; and do not add or remove document URLs manually.

A: Yes. In the manual (no‑sync) setup, any document URL entered in PowerApps will be shown on the website regardless of TOLA approval. Because TOLA synchronization is disabled, you must add, update, or remove links manually in PowerApps.

Q: With “Sync with TOLA documents” enabled, do I need to enter document links?

A: No. After you enter the TOLA Reference Code, the daily synchronization manages document links automatically; no manual URL entry is required.

Q: Where can I find the reference code?

A: In the TOLA system, under the Curriculum Setup. The reference code is displayed.
