Add Faculty Contacts
To add contacts, please navigate to the βContactsβ tab.
You may find options to select Default Contacts, General Contacts, and Admission Advisor.
Default Contacts are applicable to the entire faculty if there's only a single point of contact.
General Contacts typically refer to the contact for a specific programme, while the Admission Advisor is the contact for programme admissions.
The Faculty Default Contacts serve as the primary point of contact for all programmes if there's no specific Programme Contact data available. However, if there is a designated contact person for each programme, it's recommended to update this information under Programme Contact.
Please click "Contact" tab.

Click "+New Programme Contact".
Enter Name, Contact Type, Display Order and Contact Ways, you must enter either Tel or Email to the contacts.

Click "Save & Close".
