🆕Assign User role under Faculty

If you wish to add users under your Faculty or specific programmes, please navigate to the “Teams” tab and proceed with adding the users there.

  1. Please select the team and allocate the members according to their specific roles.

    Kindly refer the role and permissions in next page.

  1. Click the team name (e.g. “TPg Web.Faculty Manager: UAT Faculty of UATTest”) under the Faculty manager teams or All prog manager teams section to open the team details and access the “Add Existing User” button.

Note: If a colleague’s email doesn’t appear in Add Existing Users, ask them to access the Power Apps at https://hkutpc.crm5.dynamics.comarrow-up-right to trigger an account sync, wait up to a minute, then return to Add Existing Users and search for their email again to add them.

  1. Click "Save & Close".
