The "To be opened" button will be displayed if there is no specified start or end date for the application.

The "Apply Now" button will be displayed if the current date is within the defined start and end dates of the program application period.
For example, if today's date is 2 Jan 2025, and the application period is defined to start from 1 Dec 2024 and end on 31 Jan 2025, the "Apply Now" button will be displayed because today's date falls within the application period.

The "Open from Application Start Date" button will be displayed if the start date is scheduled for a day after today.
For example, if today's date is 2 Jan 2025 and the start date for the application is scheduled for 3 Jan 2025, the "Open from Application Start Date" button will be displayed.
