A: To use the Change Request Review function, begin by selecting one of the Programmes. Then, click on "Create New Version" in the top menu, and proceed to edit your Programme Details. Afterward, click "Submit for Review". Make sure to include details of the updates or any necessary remarks before you submit it for review. The new version of the programme will be sent to Faculty and Admissions Office for approval.

A: By default, the "Required Faculty Review" setting is activated. This means that when you submit a change request, it is first reviewed by the Faculty Managers. If they approve, it is then sent to the AO for a secondary review. However, before testing, Faculties have the option to adjust this setting in the Faculty page.

A: Once the change request is submitted, the Programme's status will be updated to "Submitted for Review". Users are restricted from making any additional modifications unless the change request is either withdrawn or cancelled.

A: The "Change Request" can be cancelled by the Programme Manager at any point before the request is either accepted or rejected.

A: Each Programme is limited to one change request at a time. If you need to modify the content after submission, you must wait until the current request has been approved before you can submit a new one. Simultaneous multiple change request submissions are not permitted.

A: You will receive an email notification once your changes have been approved. This ensures you are always informed about the status of your change request.

A: Users who submitted the request and related Programme Manager will receive notification with reason for withholding, and Programme status will be updated to β€œDraft” to allow users to make further changes.

A: If the Admissions Office approves the change request, the status of the programme will be updated to "Published". The status of the original Programme record will be changed to "Obsolete". Upon approval from the Admissions Office, the revised content will be automatically made live on the site.
