Add Programme and add Programme Manager

To add programme in the Programmes section, please click “Programmes” tab or click the “Programmes” from the side menu.

  1. Click “+ New Programme” to create new programme.

  2. Click on "+ Add user" to assign a specific programme manager who will have editing rights for this programme.

  3. Enter the assigned Admin’s email and Click “Add”.

Note: If a colleague’s email doesn’t appear in Add Existing Users, ask them to access the Power Apps at https://hkutpc.crm5.dynamics.comarrow-up-right to trigger an account sync, wait up to a minute, then return to Add Existing Users and search for their email again to add them.

  1. Click “Save & Close”.
