Previously, users manually entered document URLs on the programme page. A new “Sync with TOLA documents” feature now performs a daily synchronization with TOLA at 1 PM and 6 PM. Users only need to enter the TOLA Ref Code to sync the documents with TOLA system.
Enable “Sync with TOLA documents” for the programme on the general page.
Enter the TOLA Reference Code. You may find the code from TOLA system.
Document URLs are now locked; the daily sync will manage the links and their visibility on the webpage.
Once the documents are approved by the AO, the website will display the related documents.
