The Admissions office could assign team members to Power Apps.
To do this, please switch the tab at the bottom from 'Admission' to 'Settings'.
Then, click on 'Teams' in the side menu.
Select 01 Admission Office Teams from the tab.
Double click on Admission Office Admins, then click 'Add existing user'.
Input the user's email and click 'Add'.
Click โSave & Closeโ.
