# Calendar

The Portal offers a timetable/calendar view of upcoming events. Clicking on a date displays events within one week from that date below the calendar. The data is sourced from Exchange Online and the HKU Event Calendar. Please note that only

Exchange Online users will see their Outlook calendar events, but Exchange 2019 users will not.

The Calendar widget consists of 2 main parts:

1. **Current Date**:  It shows the current date. When user clicks on it, the event details below will jump back to current date info
2. **Calendar**: The light brown dot under the date indicates there is event(s) happen on that day
3. **Event Details**:  It will showcase all the events for selected day as well as the events taking place in the next 7 days
