Welcome to HKU Portal User Guide!
What is HKU Portal?
The HKU Portal, also known as the Portal, is a web-based intranet for staff and students, serving as a one-stop digital workplace. Integrating with numerous University systems through Single Sign-On(SSO), it offers a user-friendly and easy-to-access interface for all members of the University.
The Portal enables users to access a wide range of centrally provided IT services, including those offered under the Student Information System(SIS), Human Capital Management System (HCMS), learning management systems, web-based administrative applications, Manager Self service and Library services, all through a high-speed campus network.
