# Create or Edit

### Step 1: Initiate Event Creation/ Editing&#x20;

1. **Add New**: Click on the 'Add New' button
2. **Edit**: Click on the highlighted “Event” Name&#x20;

### Step2: Enter Event Details&#x20;

1. **Event Name**: Enter a clear and concise name for the event.&#x20;
2. **Post Date and Time**: Select the date and time when the event will post.&#x20;
3. **Post Date and Time**: Select the date and time when the event will post.&#x20;
4. **Start Date and Time**: Select the date and time when the event will begin.&#x20;
5. **End Date and Time**: Select the date and time when the event will conclude.&#x20;
6. **Description**: Provide a detailed description of the event, including its purpose, activities involved, and any other relevant information.&#x20;
7. **Image File**: Suggested Image dimension would be 1212px(w) x 468px(h)&#x20;
8. **Image URL**: This is system generated link after Image file is uploaded.&#x20;
9. **Activity Factor**: Specify the number of points participants will earn by attending or participating in the event.&#x20;
10. **Allow Duplicate Rewards**: Select if the participants will earn the point more than 1 time.&#x20;
11. **Location**: Enter the venue or location where the event will take place.&#x20;
12. **Event Page URL**: Enter the Event website to provide participants further information.&#x20;

### Step3: Save and Publish&#x20;

Click the '**Save**' button to save the event. The event will be automatically published to the app when post time starts.&#x20;
