After liaising with and being engaged by a department of the University, you will receive an invitation email for casual helper portal account creation at the first time of engagement.

Step 1: Click "here" (url with prefix https://chportal.hku.hk) in the invitation email where an invitation code embedded to navigate to the registration page

Please DO NOT forward the invitation email or disclose the invitation code in the invitation email to others.

Step 2: Press "Register" button

Step 3: Enter username and password for registration and then press "Register" button
