# Announcement
The Portal shall display an announcement of urgent matters or notifications at the top if any.

3. **Click for details**: Open a new tab and redirect user to a specific link
4. **Play/ Pause**: Play/ Pause the message carousel (hide when there is only 1 message)
5. **Next/ Previous**: Click to read next/ previous message (hide when there is only 1 message)
