# Search

The Portal features an upgraded, universal search bar that allows students to easily search for Portal links. The search results are displayed on a dedicated results page, offering users the ability to filter and narrow down their findings.

Additionally, users can conveniently add Portal links from the search results page to their "**My Favourites**” section. This enhanced search functionality greatly improves the overall user experience on the HKU Portal.

**Links**

* **Portal Link**: Details and folder directory of the portal links will be shown as well
* **Sorting**: For Links result, user may sort the results by **Relevance** and **Label**
* **My Favourite**: Add portal links from the search results page to their **My Favourites** section
