Search

The Portal features an upgraded, universal search bar that allows students to easily search for Portal links. The search results are displayed on a dedicated results page, offering users the ability to filter and narrow down their findings.

Additionally, users can conveniently add Portal links from the search results page to their "My Favourites” section. This enhanced search functionality greatly improves the overall user experience on the HKU Portal.

  • Portal Link: Details and folder directory of the portal links will be shown as well

  • Sorting: For Links result, user may sort the results by Relevance and Label

  • My Favourite: Add portal links from the search results page to their My Favourites section
