Search
The Portal features an upgraded, universal search bar that allows staff to easily search for both Portal links and staff contacts. The search results are displayed on a dedicated results page, offering users the ability to filter and narrow down their findings.
Additionally, users can conveniently add Portal links from the search results page to their "My Favourites” section. This enhanced search functionality greatly improves the overall user experience on the Staff Portal.
Portal Link: Details and folder directory of the portal links will be shown as well
Sorting: For Links result, user may sort the results by Relevance and Label
My Favourite: Add portal links from the search results page to their My Favourites section
Profile Picture: Profile picture will be shown in Contacts results
Sorting: For Links result, user may sort the results by Name and Department
Contacts Info: Contact's job title, Department/ Faculty, phone number, email and office location will be shown
