Reopen engagement

You may reopen an approved engagement if no payment transaction was released for the engagement. After an approved engagement reopened, the status of the engagement will go back to "Offer Accepted" and approval workflow is restarted.

To reopen a approved engagement, please open the approved engagement and press the "Reopen Engagement" button at the top menu:

Close engagement

You may close an approved engagement when the work scope of engagement is completed and payment has been processed. Closing an engagement will also stop the auto generation of outstanding payment transactions.

To close an approved engagement, please open the relevant engagement and press the "Close Engagement" button at the top menu:

After an engagement was closed, the Status of the engagement will become INACTIVE and it will be showed/retrieved under the views of inactive engagement, such as "Inactive Engagements", rather then the views of active engagements.
