# Guide to Electronic Document Delivery via Digitary Core / MyCreds.ca / My eQuals

**Applicable to:** Applicants from universities in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and Asia.

**Step 1: Access Your Documents:**

1\.      Log in to the [**Digitary Core**](https://core.digitary.net/) / [**MyCreds.ca**](https://mycreds.ca/) / [**My eQuals**](https://www.myequals.net/) portal.

*Note: You generally cannot upload documents yourself. They must be officially issued to your wallet by your university*

2\.      Locate the valid **Transcript** or **Graduation Certificate** in your document wallet.

**Step 2: Initiate Sharing:**

1\.      Click the "**Share**" button next to the document you wish to verify.

2\.      Select the option "**Send to an Organisation**".

&#x20;**Step 3: Select Destination & Add Details**

1\.      Search for Organisation: Type "**The University of Hong Kong**".

2\.      Required Fields:

* **Application No**.: Enter your HKU Application Number (e.g., 11900xxxxx).
* **Application Type**: Enter "Taught Postgraduate".

***Important**: These details allow the system to match the document to your specific application.*

**Step 4: Confirm Share**

1\.      Review the details and click "**Share**".

2\.      The system will delivery your documents to **HKU Qualification Verification Platform**.
