# Guide to Electronic Document Delivery via CSSD

This guide provides instructions for applicants required to submit official academic documents through CSSD.

**1. Log in to CHSI Archive**

* Visit the [CHSI Archive (学信档案)](https://my.chsi.com.cn/) and log in to your CHSI account.

**2. Download Required Verification Reports**

* Download the PDF files of both English and Chinese versions of the required verification reports.

**3. Send Reports**

* Send the reports according to the instruction from the Programme Office, e.g. through email or uploading to the admission system.
