Guide to Electronic Document Delivery via CSSD

This guide provides instructions for applicants required to submit official academic documents through CSSD.

1. Log in to CHSI Archive

• Visit the CHSI Archive (学信档案) and log in to your CHSI account.

2. Download Required Verification Reports

• Download the PDF files of both English and Chinese versions of the required verification reports.

3. Send Reports

• Send the reports according to the instruction from the Programme Office, e.g. through email or uploading to the admission system.
